Shipping and Deliveries Policy

- Details:
- Shipment processing time – Every effort is made to place your order as soon as possible. Typical pressing is 1 to 3 days depending on volume.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates – Rates and shipping options are presented at the time of checkout and vary by product. For items shipped to the US, shipping is free. All other addresses are calculated for the best rates possible. Our products are shipped directly by the manufacturer and therefore are controlled by the supplier. Please check closely as some products are shipped from other countries and may take additional to arrive.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will depend on the size of the item(s) purchased.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking – Will be provided to the e-mail account given at checkout as soon as it is available, normally within 1 to 5 days of the order.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes – These are the responsibility of the customer based on their location.
- Damages – Any damages caused by shipping will be eligible for a replacement of the same item or a full refund. Please send a picture of the damaged shipment to [email protected]
Shipping Times
The following times are estimates only to give you an idea of when your item will arrive based on the country of origin (where we are shipping it from) to the USA. The majority of our products ship from Los Angeles and Florida, however, if it is being shipped from another country, we will try and indicate that in the product description.
US & Canada – 3-5 days
Europe – 5 – 15 days
Africa – 7 to 15 days
Asia – 7 to 15 days
Places We May Not Ship
Some of our products have special requirements from the manufacturer that restrict where the products can be sold. We will do our best to indicate in the description of any shipping restrictions beyond what is mentioned below.
Due to the high risk of fraud or insurance issues, we will be doing extra due diligence to ensure that everything is in order to before shipping to the following countries. If you are shipping to one of the following countries, please be advised that your order may be delayed or canceled if we are unable to verify credentials.
